217 Pearl

The 217 Pearl intends to be the Pearl of the 217th Street; one of street below the road on which Amahoro Stadium is located. The project has three apartments of 2 bedrooms on the side facing the road, while in its back is the owner's house with three bedrooms. The project use of bricks, stones and brown colour is beyond aesthetics. These materials will require low maintenance, making it more sustainable in that sense. The design is also simple but captivating giving it a look that is unique on that street and in the areas elsewhere in the city.
